3. All Players must provide an updated Sport's Physical
4. Forms 1-8 listed on the Forms Page will need to be completed.
*Uniforms are ordered very early in the season so it's important that if you are interested in playing that you
reach out to us as early as possible.
5. Required Lacrosse Equipment: Helmet, Shoulder Pads, Elbow Pads, Gloves, Cleats, and Stick.
