HEAD COACH - WILLIAM "SPORT" RICHMOND
My ultimate goal as a coach is to encourage the boys to become the best version of themselves. Whether that be their time on the field, or off. My coaching philosophy is more about developing the players, than
games won. I feel the evolution of my player's skills, as well as their character, were, and is the reasons they were able to participate in so many championships. Winning is the by-product of player development and character.

Ben's high school alma mater has about a 35% student population of Native Americans. Native Americans created the sport of lacrosse and are recognized as a sovereign nation(s) in New York. Ben honors this tradition by displaying a Haudenosaunee Flag (purple and white flag) at every game to give thanks and recognition to The Creator and the Iroquois Confederacy for providing us with this culturally rich sport of lacrosse!
